Geothermal doesn’t require much if it’s installed and maintained properly. Because the heat pump is kept indoors and the ground loop is buried, geothermal heat pumps aren’t impacted by outdoor elements or the combustion process like conventional HVAC. But, like anything, they do require a little TLC. For that, we offer a simple maintenance plan: The Vital Care Club.
When you join the Vital Care Club, you get:
- Filter replaced every 4 months (3x annually)
- Treat the drain pan with algae prevention as required
- Inspect/clean condensate trap and drain
- Check all electrical connections to the unit
- Inspect the desuperheater (hot water assistance)
- Check blower motor
- Check compressor amp draw
- Remove dust and debris from the cabinet
Full system performance checks every other visit:
- Water temperature in and out
- Water pressure in and out
- Air temperature in and out
- Compare system performance to start-up sheet and factory specifications.

Monthly:
$90.00 for first month's visit
$29.99 per month after
Yearly:
$325 paid upon first maintenance visit for year-long coverage.
